1. Booking and Reservations

1.1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation that includes details of your itinerary.

1.2. Payment

Payment for our services must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment methods specified on our website or as agreed upon during the booking process.

2. Modification and Cancellation

2.1. Modification

You may modify your booking by providing at least 24 hours notice. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur administrative costs.

2.2. Cancellation

To cancel a booking and receive a refund, you must provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

3. Pricing

3.1. Fixed Prices

The prices for our services are fixed and are subject to change only in exceptional circumstances or as explicitly stated during the booking process.

3.2. Additional Costs

Additional costs may apply for services such as child seats, last-minute bookings, or requested stops during transfers. These costs will be communicated to you before confirmation.

4. Transportation and Transfers

4.1. Vehicle Types

We offer a range of vehicles for transfers, accommodating 4 to 8 passengers comfortably. Specific vehicle requests are subject to availability.

4.2. Arrival and Departure

It is your responsibility to be ready and punctual for your scheduled transfers. We are not responsible for missed transfers due to delayed arrivals.

4.3. Additional Stops

Additional stops during transfers are only possible if arranged in advance and may incur additional costs.

5. Conduct and Safety

5.1. Safety

Your safety is our priority. While participating in our transport and tourism services, you must adhere to safety guidelines and follow the instructions provided by our drivers or guides.

5.2. Health and Comfort

If you have health concerns or discomfort during our activities, please inform our team. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We may also update or modify our services without prior notice.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for any reason, including violation of these Terms or disruptive behaviour that poses a risk to safety.

MoviGo is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including drivers and guides.
