What is the minimum and maximum age to participate in a Canyoning or Coasteering activity?
For Canyoning or Coasteering activities, the minimum age is 7 years. The maximum age is 75 years.
What if I don't feel comfortable jumping?
Jumps are not mandatory and we always have alternatives (we can put a rope down to rappel or sometimes we have an alternative path along the watercourse where we can see others jumping without having to do so.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of bad weather, the activity may be cancelled or scheduled for another specific date. Regarding the cancellation due to weather, it is always decided and evaluated by our team.
How can I cancel an activity?
In order to cancel an activity, prior notice must be given, either by email or telephone. To be refunded, cancellation must be made within 24 hours.

What types of vehicles do you provide for transfers?
We offer a diverse range of vehicles for transfers, accommodating 4 to 8 passengers comfortably. Furthermore, we are thrilled to share that we have plans to introduce electric vehicles to our fleet soon, reinforcing our dedication to sustainability and providing eco-friendly transportation options.
Is Movi Go available 24/7?
Yes, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I modify or cancel my booking if my plans change?
You can modify or cancel your booking with Movi Go as long as you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. However, please be aware that there may be administrative costs associated with modifications or cancellations.
Are the prices fixed for your services?
Yes, the prices of our services are fixed.
Do you provide child seats for families travelling with children?
Absolutely, we do provide child seats for your little ones. However, please note that there is an additional cost associated with the provision of child seats. The cost for a baby seat is 2.65€, and for a booster child seat, it is 1.65€. (Please contact us for more information on the cost of child seats.)
Do you offer private transfers or shared rides with other passengers?
Yes, we offer both private and shared transfers with other passengers. You have the flexibility to choose the type of transfer that best suits your preferences and needs.

Yes, pets are allowed and travel for free on Movi Go transfers! 🐾
Do you offer guided tours or sightseeing services on the island?
We offer transport services that include renting a van with a driver. However, we do not provide guided tours or other specific tourist services on the island. Our focus is on providing reliable transportation solutions, ensuring you have a comfortable and convenient way to explore Madeira. While we may not offer guided tours, we are happy to recommend popular destinations and attractions for you to visit during your stay.
Can I book a transfer at the last minute?
Yes, you can book a last-minute transfer with us, subject to availability. However, please be aware that booking on short notice may incur an additional fee.
Do you offer discounts for group bookings?

Can I request additional stops during my transfer?
While we strive to provide a smooth and efficient transfer experience, requesting additional stops during your journey is only possible if they have been properly arranged in advance. Please note that any additional stops will incur a cost, and it may also extend the overall duration of the transport.

What should I do if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
If your flight gets delayed, feel free to get in touch with us via our contact page for assistance. In the unfortunate event of a diversion where the plane does not land as scheduled, please understand that we cannot provide a refund for the transfer. However, we will issue an invoice that you can use to file a complaint with the airline or the responsible party.
Are your transfers private or shared with other travellers?
Our transfers are primarily private, ensuring you have a personalized and comfortable experience. However, we also offer the option of shared transfers if you prefer a more cost-effective option and don’t mind sharing the vehicle with other travellers.
Do you offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Currently, we do not offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles. However, we are actively working on finding a partner to provide such services in the future.
Can I book a round-trip transfer from the airport to my accommodation?
You can easily book a return transfer from the airport to your accommodation with Movi Go. Just provide us with your travel details, and our team will arrange your airport transfers for both your arrival and departure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Paypal, bank transfer, MBWAY, and cash.
Are your transfer services available for cruise ship passengers docking in Madeira?
Yes, our transfer services are available to passengers of cruise ships docking in Madeira.

Can I request a specific type of vehicle for my transfer?

Can I request a stop during the Levada transfer for sightseeing or taking photos?
Unfortunately, during the Levada transfer, we don’t do stops to walk around or take photos, because our priority is to ensure that our customers are delivered promptly.
Can I book a customized tour or excursion with Movi Go Madeira?
Absolutely! You can book a personalized tour or excursion with Movi Go. We are more than happy to tailor a tour to suit your interests and preferences, ensuring you have a unique and memorable experience on the beautiful island of Madeira.
Are your vehicles equipped with air conditioning?
Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with air conditioning.
Are there any extra costs when booking last minute?
Yes, if you book our services less than 24 hours before your desired time, there will be an additional cost of 20%.
What's included in the tours
The price includes the activity, transport between the accommodation and the place of the activity, Personal and Liability Accident Insurance (according to Portuguese legislation) and all materials individually and collectively.
In the case of Canyoning and Coasteering, it includes complete high-quality canyoning equipment (incl. helmet, wetsuit, neoprene socks, harness, SPECIAL shoes), however, customers must bring (a towel, bathing suit)
